Eligibility & Account Security

Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old, or use the site under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Account Responsibility: Users are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for any activity carried out through their account.

Product Information & Pricing

Accuracy: We aim to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but occasional errors may occur.

Right to Cancel: Olivion reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is listed with an obvious error in price or description.

Payments & Billing

Payment Methods: Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, Wero, and Payconiq, depending on availability at checkout.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally entitled to use the selected payment method.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Estimates: Shipping dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery, unless the buyer has chosen a carrier not offered by Olivion.

Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

Consumers have the right to withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Returned products must be sent back within 14 days after the customer notifies Olivion of the decision to withdraw.

Intellectual Property

All logos, videos, photographs, text, and other content on the Olivion web shop may not be used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Olivion web shop is provided to the extent permitted by applicable law and without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted to consumers under applicable law. Where liability may lawfully be limited, Olivion’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
