Points of importance
Vafis olive oils are exceptionally low in acidity and are produced from Koroneiki olives grown in the wider Messara Plain region of Crete.
Vafis never blends olive oils from different harvest seasons. Each season has its own distinct character, and care is taken to preserve it exactly as it is.
