Refund and Returns Policy

Introduction

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, refunds, and withdrawals are handled for purchases made through the Olivion web shop.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from an eligible purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

How to Exercise the Right

Return of Goods

Returned products must be sent back within 14 days after you notify Olivion of your withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated, the direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Refunds

Olivion will refund the amount paid for the returned product, including the standard delivery cost originally charged, within 14 days from the day it is informed of the withdrawal. Olivion may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back, or until the customer provides proof of return, whichever comes first.

Condition of Returned Goods

Customers are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply where an exception under applicable law applies, including goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised goods.
